So this is my opinion of the Orphan Works bill.

Enjoy. :D

EDIT:

Yeah so, if any of you out there have anything negative about this CRAPPY little stamp, keep it to yourself please. I make stamps more for gags with messages than actually making a statement. No, I haven't read the bill yet, but I've heard a LOT about it. I plan on finding a copy of it that will actually open on my computer, so until then, be nice. Don't be hatin'. :)

This is a good work! And I totally don't understand this idea of Orphan Works, it's simply weird and stupid in my opinion.

Yeah, since when did those congress-people see the 'c' of copyright as a cent sign? Those idiots understand nothing about art. We're not about to let some business-scum take art that we've put our heart and soul into :(

It's good to see you're doing your part :)
Thank you. Like I said, I might not produce amazing stuff thats worth stealing, but I'm still an artist, and I love my work. :)

Pfft. It is not for anybody to dictate the quality of art.

Just because you made something that seems expendable to a company, doesn't give them the right to steal it. I'll be damned if some company stole my characters, and turned around to me and said "hey, that's ours; you can't steal it". I would make them pay dearly if they ever did that to me.
ACTUALLY READ THE BILL FIRST.
YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT.

I'm probably not the best person to describe it, seeing as I haven't read the entire bill, but from what I've heard, basically, in a nutshell, in the U.S. that any "orphaned" art online, say without a watermark or signature on it, anybody can take it and use it for whatever they want to.

And sorry anyone if I summed it up wrong, feel free to correct me, but in a nice way. :)
